We strive to ensure customer satisfaction at Ixora Editz. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase to understand our return, refund, and exchange terms. Your order with us indicates agreement to this policy

Returns

Customers may request a return, and the item must be returned to Ixora Editz within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

  • The item must be in its original condition, free from damage, stains, odour, perfume, smoke, or signs of use

  • The product must not have been altered, resized, or tailored after delivery

Ixora Editz reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To ensure product quality and customer safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted

  • Accessories, innerwear, or customised products (if applicable)

  • Items returned without original packaging and tags


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Ixora Editz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges strictly in the following situations:

  • Size-related issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Ixora Editz within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

Failure to report such issues within this time frame may result in the claim being rejected.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part

  • Ixora Editz is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items


Right to Refuse Service

Ixora Editz reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request in the following circumstances:

  • If there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity

  • If the customer is found to be in violation of any part of this policy

  • If the returned item does not comply with the stated return conditions
